We accept payments with all regular credit and debit cards through our secure payment system. It is also possible to pay through the PayPal payment system and pair bank transfer.

Bank transfer

 If you chose bank wire payment, the order will not be confirmed until we receive the payment in our bank account. If during this period the product is no longer available (because out of stock), we will inform the client about this situation and the next estimated delivery time.

Should I always confirm my orders?

Yes, we will contact you as soon as possible via email with a copy of the order received, a photo of the product we will send and the expected delivery date. If you encounter any abnormalities please contact customer service.

From which countries can I purchase?

You can buy all small and medium sized products directly online from anywhere in the world.

If shipping charges are not mentioned at the moment of your purchase, please contact shop@icietla.com.

If you wish to purchase a piece of furniture, a large painting or a custom-made product, contact shop@icietla.com and we will send you a price estimate with shipping costs included.

Where do we ship to? Do we ship internationally? How much will shipping cost me?

We work with the transport company TNT/Fedex (Courier Company) for small to medium sized package shipping.

We ship within and outside the Spanish peninsula as well as internationally.

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the object, as well as the final shipping destination.

If you wish to calculate shipping costs before placing your order, send us an email and we will help you. 

Your order will be carefully wrapped and protected for shipping.

COUNTRIES NOT BELONGING TO THE EUROPEAN UNION: The client is responsible for paying all import duties.

When will my order arrive?

If possible we will send you an e-mail with the tracking details provided by the shipping or Courier Company. This means you will always know where your order is and what the estimated delivery date is. Packages are usually delivered to the address you give us within a maximum period of 20 days. If the items you ordered are not in stock, they may take longer than this to reach you; if this happens we will let you know by sending an e-mail to the address you gave us when you registered with the ICI ET LÀ online shop.

Can I track my order?

When ordering you will be sent a confirmation email and as soon as you leave you will receive a personal email indicating the day of delivery. You can also contact shop@icietla.com for any questions regarding your order.

Can I add any more products to my order?

Yes. You should contact us as soon as possible. shop@icietla.com. We can add products to your order if it has not already been shipped.

Can I cancel my order made at the online store?

It should not be a problem. To do this you must write to shop@icietla.com as soon as possible and we will help you in the best way possible, as long as your order has not been sent.

You will be refunded the amount of the purchase less:

  • 5 € or management costs.
  • CEE Countries: 3.4% of total for PayPal costs.
  • Outside CEE Countries: 4.4% of total for PayPal costs.

Do you accept changes and returns?

We pay particular attention to the quality of our products and we strive to deliver them in the best conditions. However, they may wish to return an item.

If any setback occurs, please tell us as soon as the shipment arrives (within 24 hours after delivery) and we will solve it.

You have 14 calendar days after receipt to make any change or return and will be made as long as the items are returned in an appropriate condition and in the original packaging.

In order to make a return, you must contact e-mail at shop@icietla.com or by telephone at (+34) 93 268 78 43, indicating the order number as well as the product or products to be returned. Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and, if necessary, original documentation and accessories that come with it (ICI ET LÀ reserves the right to refuse the return of products where it is not Meet these requirements).

How much will the return cost me?

The cost of return is paid by the customer, the amount being the same as the shipping cost.

In case the return is due to products received in bad condition, either by tare or factory defect or that have been damaged in the transport, ICI ET LÀ is responsible for the costs of return provided that the customer has indicated the Problem within 24 hours maximum after receipt of the product to ICI ET LÀ.

If the reason for the return is not attributable to ICI ET LÀ, the customer will assume the shipping and handling costs:

  • 1. Right of withdrawal

The Client has a maximum of fourteen (14) business days after delivery of the product to withdraw, totally or partly, from the purchase of the product, in accordance with the law in force. (According to article 44 of law 7/1996, of 15 January on retail sales amended by law 47/2002 of 19 December)

After ten (14) business days, ICI ET LÀ shall not accept returns on the grounds of withdrawal.

If you wish to withdraw from the sale or return of a defective product, you must satisfy the following requirements:

  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must have its original instructions, documentation, accessories and, to the extent possible, its packaging and labelling.
  • It must be returned to ICI ET LÀ in the same box or envelope in which it was delivered or, in its absence, in a similar format that guarantees that the product is returned in perfect condition.
  • A copy of the sales receipt and delivery note must be included inside the packet, specifying which products are returned and the grounds on which they are returned.
  • The CLIENT must fill in the complaint form and send it, accompanied by photographs of the defective item, by email to info@icietla.com

if the product is returned for reasons that are not attributable to GAN, the client will be liable for shipping costs and other costs:

  • 5 € or management costs.
  • CEE Countries: 3.4% of total for PayPal costs.
  • Outside CEE Countries: 4.4% of total for PayPal costs.

Once the returns procedure is complete, the Client will send the goods to the address provided by ICI ET LÀ.

ICI ET LÀ accepts no liability for costs and expenses incurred by the Client for product returns made without following the established procedure and according to the telephone instructions of the Client Services Department.

  • 2. Reimbursement of the price of the products and client services

Provided that the client follows the procedure and complies with all the requirements established in these General Conditions, ICI ET LÀ will reimburse the price paid by the Client for the products returned, deducting the costs of return.

The Client shall have no right to reimbursement of the price for any products that are not returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, if the procedure is not followed or when the requirements set out in these General Conditions are not observed.

Part returns will lead to part reimbursements of the price. ICI ET LÀ will process the return of the price, normally by bank transfer.

  • 3. Returns of Faulty Goods

The Customer will be eligible for a refund if products are found to be faulty or if the items delivered are not those ordered by the Customer. In both these cases, the Customer must return the items to ICI ET LÀ and follow the procedure described above, but they will not be liable for the cost of returning the items.

Provided the Customer has followed the procedure and the requirements set out in these General Conditions have been complied with, ICI ET LÀ will refund the price of the returned goods if they are faulty or if they are not the items ordered by the Customer, as described in the previous section.

What happens if there is no substitution for a product to be returned?

As long as the client has followed due process and all requirements established in the General Conditions have been complied with, ICI ET LÀ will reimburse the price paid by the client corresponding to the returned product, after deducting the shipping costs.
