More information about the arwork: The first collection presented responds to the latest artworks of Gemma Rigau de Llobet, where, to her palette of Indian yellow, vermilion and ultramarine, now incorporates other colors such as turquoise or pink. Harmony and colour remain the pillars of her work, and she adds incisions and tears to his paintings in a quest to find original languages and forms. His use of tonalities is the central axis of his work. These will combine spontaneously, decisively and including the accident. Her work is dominated by chance, which will link shapes and colors in different planes until the final balance. Very emotional work, she drinks from a dense artistic background that gives shape and depth to his paintings.
