Much of Pedro Martínez Marín’s (or Mainman’s) artwork is inspired by nature—its beauty and vulnerability—as a questioning of why humans repeatedly harm it.
For this new collection of artworks (Spring), Martínez Marín has created a fictional universe—with echoes of classical still lifes—where nature and flowers, with their ephemeral existence, serve as a reminder of the brevity of life and the fleetingness of beauty.
